Break and Fix:
Computer Lynx provides in-house, onsite, and remote support. Our team of qualified service technicians is available to assist you with all your hardware and software needs.
- In-house: Clients can bring in the hardware and we can repair it at our store.
- On-site: Computer Lynx can send a certified technician to repair the hardware or software at the clients place of business.
- Remote:: Problems and repairs can be addressed from within our Cambridge location without the client having to leave their site.
Managed Services:
Computer Lynx has now implemented a Managed Services arrangement. This software tool allows Computer Lynx to monitor operational information and manage our clients computers from the convenience of our own office. Managed Services providers are able to detect errors and head off conditions which otherwise would have led to expensive and disruptive computer downtime. We understand that your time is valuable. This software allows us to resolve the problem in a timely and efficient manner.
Other Services Provided:
Computer Lynx specializes in Linux servers and Windows. We do most of the server installations and install security features that protect against network intrusion and hacking.
