If the customer has an account with Computer Lynx than they have Net 10 or Net 30 days. If the customer does not have an account than they can either pay by cash or credit card. Computer Lynx also provides leasing options.
Return Policy:
20% Restocking Fee, Product must be returned with in 10 business days of purchase, with original invoice and be returned with original packaging in resalable condition.
Warrantees:
All products sold by Computer Lynx are subject to the manufacturer.s warrantees terms and conditions. Computer Lynx provides warranty outside the Manufacturers warranty.
Technical Support:
Computer Lynx Computer Lynx provides complete technical support on hardware and software products.
Shipping & Delivery:
Computer Lynx delivers in Cambridge and the surrounding area. We do not deliver outside this geographical area. Customers usually pick up their products at our Cambridge location.
Environmental Control Policy:
In reducing environmental waste, Computer Lynx recycles broken hardware. Some broken hardware can be fixed and are therefore are given to a families in need.
